General Returns Policy

• If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt
• We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect and resaleable condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
• Faulty items can be returned provided you alert us within 14 days of receipt. Please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase and we recommend you check your order as soon as it is delivered to ensure no items were damaged during transit. We will provide you with a full refund if the item is deemed faulty
• We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear and/or misuse
• We will arrange collection for all returns and you shall be responsible for all charges unless the item is faulty
• You have a right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you receive your items in accordance with our Cancellation Policy
